Common Help Topics
1) iCloud Sync Is Not Updating
- Confirm iCloud is enabled for PromptVault on each device
- Confirm all devices use the same Apple ID
- Open PromptVault on both devices and allow a few minutes for sync
- Check the network connection on both devices
2) Backup and Restore
- Export: Settings → Data Management → Export Backup (CSV)
- Import: Settings → Data Management → Import Backup (CSV)

PromptVault does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
When you use PromptVault, the content you create (such as prompts, notes, tags, favorites, and optional images) is stored on your device. If iCloud is available on your device, this data may sync through your private iCloud account (CloudKit). PromptVault does not send your prompt content to our own servers.
PromptVault also stores app preferences and limited local operational logs (for example, import/export or sync error status) on-device.
If you choose to import or export CSV files, those actions occur only when you initiate them.
If you choose to attach images, photo library access is requested only for that purpose.
If you tap Copy, prompt text is placed on your device clipboard.
