Common Help Topics
1) iCloud Sync Is Not Updating
- Confirm iCloud is enabled for PromptVault on each device
- Confirm all devices use the same Apple ID
- Open PromptVault on both devices and allow a few minutes for sync
- Check the network connection on both devices
2) Backup and Restore
- Export: Settings → Data Management → Export Backup (CSV)
- Import: Settings → Data Management → Import Backup (CSV)

LyricVault, PromptVault, and Binge Bingo do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
LyricVault and PromptVault store the content you create, such as prompts, notes, tags, favorites, and optional images, on your device. If iCloud is available, this data may sync through your private iCloud account using CloudKit. These apps do not send your content to our own servers.
Binge Bingo stores gameplay data, settings, and custom bingo packs on your device. No account or login is required for core use.
If you choose to import, export, or share files or packs in any of these apps, those actions happen only when you initiate them.
If you use optional AI phrase generation in Binge Bingo, content such as the pack name, existing phrases, and prompt text may be sent to the AI provider you choose in the app. If Apple’s on-device intelligence is available and selected, generation may happen on-device instead. Any API key entered for external AI is stored locally on your device and used only for requests you start. We do not receive or store that API key on our own servers.
If you attach images in LyricVault or PromptVault, photo library access is requested only for that purpose. If you tap Copy in LyricVault or PromptVault, text is placed on your device clipboard.
