**Common Help Topics**
**1) iCloud sync is not updating**
- Confirm iCloud is enabled for PromptVault on each device
- Confirm all devices use the same Apple ID
- Open PromptVault on both devices and allow a few minutes for sync
- Check network connection on both devices
**2) Backup and restore**
- Export: Settings → Data Management → **Export Backup (CSV)**
- Import: Settings → Data Management → **Import Backup (CSV)**
- Choose **Merge** to add new prompts or **Replace** to overwrite library
**3) Images not appearing**
- Ensure image prompts have an attached image
- Keep image optimization enabled for better sync reliability
- Try reopening the app after import/sync
