Common Help Topics


1) iCloud Sync Is Not Updating

  • Confirm iCloud is enabled for PromptVault on each device
  • Confirm all devices use the same Apple ID
  • Open PromptVault on both devices and allow a few minutes for sync
  • Check the network connection on both devices

2) Backup and Restore

  • Export: Settings → Data Management → Export Backup (CSV)
  • Import: Settings → Data Management → Import Backup (CSV)
